How to Use

• Gently shake the bottle before use.
• Dip the brush into the bottle and wipe off excess on the neck of the tube.
• Draw a thin line from the inner corner along the upper lash line.
• Extend outward and upward for a winged look, layering to build thickness.
• Allow the liner to dry for a few seconds before opening the eye or applying other eye makeup.
